3 bulgogi marinated beef skewers
12–14 6-inch tortillas (use corn tortillas for gluten-free option)
1 small purple cabbage, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
2–3 limes for garnish, sliced
For the sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 clove fresh garlic, finely diced
1 tsp. sriracha
juice of 1/2 lime

Mix together all sauce ingredients, salt to taste and let sit in the refrigerator while preparing other ingredients.
Grill bulgogi beef skewers 8–10 minutes or until cooked through, rotating occasionally.
Warm tortillas on the grill, a few seconds per side or until warm.
Assemble tacos on warm tortillas with beef, cabbage, cilantro, avocado and sauce. Squeeze lime slice over top if desired.
