• Bulgogi Pork Chop Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

2 lbs. bulgogi marinated pork chops
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 leaf lettuce or lettuce of choice (full leaves)
Topping options: kim-chi, julienned cucumber, radish, carrot and cabbage, sliced scallions

FYI Our bulgogi marinades are made-from-scratch at the co-op.

Bulgogi is a popular Korean dish. Literally “fire meat”, it’s a marinade sauce perfect for grilling with a mouth-watering blend of spices.

Preparation

Prepare vegetables of choice. Grill pork chops until cooked through, about 8–10 minutes per side. Remove from grill and rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly. Assemble wraps by filling leaves of lettuce with scoop of rice, sliced pork and toppings of choice.
