Gentle Hatha Yoga with Aaron

Join us for a centering and revitalizing Hatha/Raja yoga session with Aaron Brooks. His class combines breath work (pranayama), dynamic movement (asana) and meditation to help you focus on mindfully being present with yourself. All bodies and abilities are welcome in this class.
Aaron Brooks has been a practitioner of yoga disciplines from multiple regions of India for the past 5 years. He studied classical Hatha, Raja and Jnana yoga, as well as Ayurveda, anatomy and philosophy at Ayur-Yoga Eco Ashram in Kerala, South India.
