“You can taste the sweet grapes in this vinegar. It has a rich flavor but is not as mouth-puckeringly tart as a darker brown balsamic vinegar.
Whisked into extra virgin olive oil with a little dijon mustard, Cattani White Balsamic Vinegar makes a delicious salad dressing. It’s also fabulous drizzled over avocado or tossed with pasta.
Check the ingredients. There’s no caramel color, and the concentrated grape must is listed before white vinegar instead of after, as in lower quality balsamics.”

“What can’t they make out of chickpeas?! Have you tried Hippeas? They are organic chickpea puffs—think crunchier cheese puffs. My favorite flavor is the Vegan White Cheddar, but they are also sold in Sriracha Flavor. Virtually a guiltfree snack—vegan and gluten free, plus a little extra protein to power your day. I could definitely eat the whole bag if I weren’t paying attention. Addictive and delicious.”

“I adore this new product! I’ve tried it on its own in hot water, but I’m excited to try it in a smoothie as well. I can’t get over the lovely taste! Winter is coming and this will be great to have in place of hot cocoa or burnt coffee because it’s so warming. This mix has Lion’s Mane (great for the brain), Chaga (supports the immune system) and Rhodiola (helps with stress), which really clears my mind. All around, I feel great after drinking it.
Four Sigmatic’s website is a good source for info on the shrooms they use and has free training videos. This product is incredible, and I can’t wait to try their mushroom elixirs, too! YAY MUSHROOMS!!!”
