8 oz. vanilla yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
1 frozen banana
1 handful frozen wild blueberries
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 leaf of kale (or one cup frozen kale)
1 scoop whey protein powder (or other protein powder)
2 tablespoons sunflower lecithin (find it near the digestion products in our wellness departments)
Pulse in blender or food processor until desired consistency is reached. Add almond milk or water if more liquid is needed.
